3D Printer

MicroFab Lab has partnered with 3D Systems, the leading provider of 3D content to print solutions. There is almost no limit to the types of parts or features you can make with 3D Systems products, and we are extremely excited to offer this technology. All you need is a drawing, sketch, or 3D file such as an .stl to get started and bring your design to 3D life.  Read more.

Laser Marking

Lasers can be used for high precision, fine feature laser marking of glass substrates. Marks can be as simple as alignment fiducials or as complex as serial numbers and barcodes. Utilizing high accuracy motion systems, our equipment is capable of holding very tight positional tolerances across very large parts. Line widths can be as narrow as 10 microns!  Read more.

CO2 Laser

The CO2 laser produces a beam of infrared light with the principal wavelength bands centering around 9.4 and 10.6 micrometers. Because of its high power levels, it’s often used in laser cutting, laser welding and laser engraving. Read more.

Fiber Laser

YAG laser systems operate using a crystal. It is used in manufacturing for engraving, etching, or marking a variety of metals and plastics. It’s used to cut and weld steel, for semiconductors and various alloys. Read more.

Micro-CNC

These machines deliver precision micro holes across various non-ferrous materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, gold, silver and others. All grades of stainless steel can be laser micromachined including 304, 316 others. Read more.
